Visual Style
The film takes inspiration from the textures and emotional proximity of Biutiful and A Prophet, where the world feels lived-in, imperfect and physical. The goal is for the camera to observe the characters almost like a witness, so when the spiritual dimension appears it feels disturbing because it emerges inside a world that looks completely real.

Visually these films place the audience inside environments marked by tension, violence and emotional exhaustion. The atmosphere that emerges is dense, grounded and unsettling, where the inner turmoil of the characters seems embedded in the texture of the world itself.
